Not a wiper refill, entire blade and frame - Kaz -
The product claims to be a wiper refill from Amco but it was an entire blade and frame set from another vendor. I purchased it for a replacement blade for the driver side of our Prius and took the blade out (I thought the current Prius frame was a better design) to swap with the old. The locking caps were odd, not the normal metal clips but a plastic end cap. With a little contact cement, I secured the caps back on and they work fine. Still a much better deal than buying the entire wiper blade/frame set but did fall below what I expected.
